Taralga Public School received a grant of $34, 897 from Veolia Mulwaree Trust for our Kitchen / Creative Area. Thank you to our dedicated P & C who committed their time to the extensive application process, and now to the implementation of the project.
This area will be an asset to our school and the students are very excited about having a kitchen and new learning environment. This area will play an important role in supporting student learning across all curriculum areas.
Some of our planned activities for this area include cooking, science, maths, literacy, promoting life skills, sustainability with links to our fresh produce from the vegetable/fruit garden and healthy lifestyle choices.
Thank you again to Veolia Mulwaree Trust and Taralga Public School P & C, the Kitchen / Creative Area will make a big difference to our small school!
